WSAVA WALTHAM INTERNATIONAL PRIZE FOR SCIENTIFIC ACHIEVEMENT

This award should be based on outstanding contributions by a veterinarian who has had a significant impact on the advancement of knowledge concerning the cause, detection, cure and/or control of disorders of companion animals. The recipient will be chosen on the basis of contributions published in scientific journals or books, and/or information presented at veterinary congresses. The primary objective of bestowing such an honour upon individuals is acknowledgement of fine accomplishments, the quality of which we encourage all of our colleagues to strive to attain.

WSAVA WALTHAM INTERNATIONAL PRIZE FOR SERVICE TO THE PROFESSION

This award is based on exemplary service by any individual who has fostered and enhanced the exchange of scientific and cultural ideas throughout the world. The recipient will be chosen on the basis of service to local, state, national, and international organizations that have catalyzed scientific meetings, exchange of information, and international good will. A curriculum vitae and supporting documents and letters should be sent to the chairman of this nominating committee.

WSAVA HILLS , EXCELLENCE IN VETERINARY HEALTHCARE, AWARD

The objective of the Award is to recognise the outstanding work of veterinarians in promoting companion animal HealthCare and the Family-Pet-Veterinary Bond through a special sensitivity to both clients and patients using leading-edge clinical nutrition and advanced medical and surgery techniques. The whole aim is to help enrich and lengthen the special relationships between people and their pets.
